Starting at Piccadilly Circus, we will hear about the history of the Criterion Theatre, an eccentric cartoonist, and continue on to see one of the most famous ‘60s classic rock venues. We will discover the Groucho Club, founded as an alternative to the stuffy Gentlemen’s Clubs of Piccadilly, see where Peter Cook trod the boards and visit Soho Square, once the HQ of Beatles Apple Corporation and hear about an erotic celebrity. We will discover where television was first demonstrated, see where Mozart lived and played as well as one of the most famous Coffee Bars with a rock n’ roll history. Finally we will finish our walk at the Palace Theatre home to some of London’s most famous musicals.
